Initial Meeting – An initial meeting with you the client to assess what your requirements are and to design a Smart Business Roadmap for your IT requirements . We identify your needs and the pricing structure and identify the Foundation for your IT Infrastructure.

Agreement– On agreement of pricing and needs we then identify a timescale to suit you for implementation or reorganisation of that foundation.

Ongoing Support We want your system to be as reliable as is possible and always include in our pricing ongoing support and access to our state of the art support system where access to one of our consultants is always only a click away. Our Support is NOT just phone support we encourage you to allow us to be your Managed Service Providers where we will monitor your system 24/7 in our Network Operations Centre and become proactive rather than reactive in relation to any problems that may occur.

Growth and Optimisation - Utilising the Smart Business Roadmap through our relationship with you we continually identify areas for growth and optimisation of your IT Infrastructure but ensuring whenever you do grow there is a ROI for your company.
